Max Impact Fitness is suitable for both male and females from the age of 14 years. Everyone is welcome from novice, intermediate or advanced. It is open to all Martial arts styles, Combat sports such as Boxing, Thai Boxing, MMA, Fitness enthusiasts or complete beginners with no previous experience. Our highly skilled and experienced coaches will provide the perfect session to suit your individual needs This is the ideal class for:
  • Getting fit for beginners
  • Maintaining and improving fitness of all levels
  • Improving striking skills for Combat sports or  Martial Arts and Self defence
  • Provide off season fitness for sports such as rugby, football etc.
  • A healthy way to de stress and maintain good mental health.
  • An alternative to fitness away from a typical Gym environment
Max Impact Fitness is a high intensity fitness session. It will be a mixture of Aerobic and Anaerobic workouts. Aerobic fitness is important for our health and wellbeing. For our recovery  and stamina. Anaerobic fitness is essential for any real life self defence situation. Or an intense competitive combat sport fight. We use impact equipment such as focus mitts, kick shields and punch bags. The session includes a variety of drills and exercises including HIIT, TABATA. You will be striking with the hands, feet, elbows and knees. Both Graham and Neil have decades of experience in Martial Arts and Combat sports. If you are a novice. You will be taught and guided safely through the fundamentals of striking correctly and power generation. Also how to hold the equipment correctly. Something which is often neglected. For each training session please wear comfortable sportswear, shorts, t-shirt or tracksuit. Choose between clean indoor sports shoes or bare feet.

Max Impact Fitness was design in 2014 by Graham. Following several visits to Yorkshire to train with Peter Consterdine,  Head of The British Combat Associate (BCA) in his infamous “Training Day” session.  Graham discovered the value in Peters session and wanted to continue the benefits the session provided. Unfortunately there was no such session available in Norfolk. So Graham designed his own version of this highly challenging and rewarding training method. 

Graham and Neil are both members of the British Combat Association (BCA). And train regularly with world renowned BCA Instructors Peter Consterdine and Iain Abernethy.
